Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sukh Aur Shanti, we are committed to providing quality spiritual, devotional, and lifestyle products along with a smooth shopping experience.

Due to the unique nature of products such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and handcrafted items, certain products may have specific return and exchange conditions. Please review this policy carefully before placing a return or exchange request.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered compared to the order placed

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth verification process:

  • An unboxing video is required for all damage-related or incorrect product claims.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The complete unboxing process

    • The condition of the product received

Requests without proper video proof may not be eligible for approval.

3. Return Request Timeline

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Returned with all included accessories, certificates, or documentation (where applicable)

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Products received correctly as per the order

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or specially discounted sale products (unless damaged or incorrect)

5. Product Variation Disclaimer

Due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, and handcrafted products:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, size, and appearance may occur.

  • Such natural variations are not considered defects.

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.

6. Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns:

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

For COD orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for processing refunds.

Refunds cannot be transferred to any unrelated account.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

For cancellation requests before processing, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Approval will depend on the order status.

Return shipping costs and applicable customs charges will be borne by the customer.
