Refund Policy

At Sukh Aur Shanti, we take pride in offering authentic spiritual products like gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and handcrafted items. Due to the unique nature of these products, please review this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

⚠️ We reserve the right to approve or reject any request based on verification.

2. Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

  • Unboxing video is compulsory for any return or exchange request
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Package opening
    • Product condition

❌ Without video proof, no request will be accepted

3. Return Timeframe

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all certifications intact

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Bracelets, crystals, or spiritual items once used
  • Products received exactly as ordered
  • Gift cards or discounted/sale items

5. Important Product Note

Due to the nature of spiritual and gemstone products:

  • Slight color/size variations are normal
  • Products cannot be returned for “change of mind”

✔ If a gemstone is proven fake by a government-certified lab, you are eligible for a 100% refund

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method only

For Payment Types:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment source
  • COD Orders: Bank details may be required

⚠️ Refunds cannot be transferred to a different account

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Then contact us

10. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective products
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

11. International Orders

  • Delivery issues refunds: 30–45 days
  • Customs duties/VAT are non-refundable
  • Return shipping & customs charges must be paid by customer

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Courier delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
